Scope of Service
Pincity supplies game points, top-ups, vouchers and other virtual goods only. Because every item we sell is digital, no physical shipping or courier handling is required.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your payment has cleared, delivery is near-instant. In most cases credits or codes appear in your game account—or arrive by email/SMS—within 5 to 30 minutes. Rarely, manual fraud checks, gateway slow-downs, or peak-hour traffic can extend fulfilment to up to 24 hours. We alert you immediately if extra time is needed.
How Digital Shipping Works
Once your payment is verified and confirmed by our system, the digital fulfillment process begins automatically. If you are purchasing a game top-up, our platform will use the Player ID and server name you provide to push the credit or item directly into your game account. If you are buying a digital code or gift card, it will be securely sent to the email address or phone number you entered at checkout. For high-demand or manually processed items, our team may initiate the delivery process manually using secure systems.
Delivery Confirmation and Completion
Delivery is considered successfully completed when the game points appear in your game account or the digital code/PIN has been sent to your contact details. We also send out an automated confirmation via email or SMS as proof of delivery. If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours of purchase, you are encouraged to contact our support team with your order reference.
Delivery Methods & Expected Arrival
Digital items are delivered by one of two secure channels:

Direct in-game top-up to the Player ID / UID and server you supply.

E-delivery of a code or PIN to the email address or mobile number entered at checkout.
An automated confirmation message is sent the moment delivery succeeds, at which point your order is deemed complete. Because distribution is electronic, there is no physical arrival date or tracking number.
Return Procedure
At PinCity, we offer only digital products such as game top-ups, vouchers, and prepaid codes. As these items are delivered electronically and often instantly, all sales are final once the product has been successfully delivered or redeemed. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital goods.
If you experience a problem with your order—such as a failed delivery, duplicate transaction, or technical error—you may submit a support request within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us at [email protected] and include your order number, payment proof, and a clear explanation or screenshot of the issue.
Once your request is received, our team will investigate. If we confirm that the issue was caused by a system error or delivery failure on our end, we will either reissue the product or provide a refund, depending on the circumstances. However, please note that orders placed with incorrect Player ID, server, or contact details provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or redelivery.
